I purchased a Wordpress theme from Sheilla Luciana of Sheshoppes.com on Creative Market and couldn't download the file. I contacted Sheilla and was basically told that she can't help me. I paid $59 for nothing. No product. No refund. No service. Beware of this scam company!

My name is Sheilla Luciana and I'm the owner of : sheshoppes.com, codingbananas.com and sheillaluciana.net.
Jennifer sent me an email saying that she bought my Avondale WordPress theme on Creative Market, and could not download it. She asked me for an alternative download link.
I asked her for her order number to confirm that she had bought the said theme and payment had been confirmed. She gave me two random set of numbers, and said that she made the purchase on April 9th.
I couldn't find her transaction. I did not receive an order from her. I forwarded this matter to Creative Market customer support, and they confirmed that this person never made any purchase on my shop.
The thing is:
1) I asked her for a copy of a receipt multiple times. She never gave me any.
2) The screenshot of her purchase page, which could have been easily Photoshopped, is not a legit proof of a transaction.
3) I asked her for an order number. She gave me random numbers that are not even in a Creative Market order number format.
4) If she did really purchase the item, why didn't she write the complaint on Creative Market website, instead of here? She could have posted a comment on the product page, and IF she did really purchase that item as she claimed, a "purchased" label would have shown up next to her name.
5) She said she made the purchase on April 9th, but my shop on Creative Market is new. The first sale I ever made there was on April 13th.
The item on Creative Market is a digital file. If you did really purchase it, the download button is on your member page for you to click and download. You will also be able to sync it to your drop box. Sellers are NOT supposed to send a file when a payment is not confirmed and cleared.

If you feel that you did not receive an item that you bought, you can always request for a refund from Creative Market to cancel your transaction. You can also claim a chargeback to your credit card company. As I said, I can't help you any further when you do not provide me with proof that you have made a payment for your order. I cannot send you an alternative link to an item for an order that I have never received, and I cannot issue a refund for a payment that I have never received.
