I received a Coleman portable Saluspa for my birthday from my children. I completed the necessary papers for the warranty. There is a leak in the liner and the temperature is irregular. When I contacted Bestway with this issue, they had everything except the proof of purchase, and or receipt. I received it as a gift from my children who cannot locate it either. This is my second spa and I would think the warranty would be respected without a receipt as it was a gift.

Desired outcome: I would like to have my spa replaced, I cannot repair the leak and the heater is not repairable. It is my therapeutic necessity. I have purchased a small electric pump I keep next to the spa to refill the air everyday. HELP
