I paid Colin Broadus $3, 400 and received absolutely nothing. Neither of them responded to numerous e-mails or phone calls. Upon further research, neither one is a license architect, even though Broadus represents himself as an architect.
Colin Drew Broadus and Keon Henry Co are low level scam artists. No licenses (not a licensed architect) always looking to scam small-business people out of their hard earned money. (His) ads express competence and initially his phone demeanor does as well, but don't be fooled! He will not deliver what he promises.
Another fake complaint by the same scam artist/ disgruntled formal client that didn't get to take advantage of us and rewrite the terms of the contract mid project. Thus the use of fake names due to the common knowledge that slander and defamation of character by false statements is legally actionable so you continue to post garbage under aliases. Any truly wronged person especially to the tune of 3400 dollars would not only fear no retribution and be happy to say their name and site their actual project perhaps even post some screen shots of the numerous email convos but would ABSOLUTELY TAKE LEGAL ACTION AND SUE IN ORDER TO RECOVER THEIR FUNDS. With that said good luck when karma arrives.
