Coloreazy Medium Auburn 3Rv Hair Color review: hair color

I went to dollar tree on July 31, 2018 to get yalls hair color and my hair was brown and my friend put it on the same day and it said that it was a medium auburn and it turned my hair fire engine red . And I am not happy about it because now I have to wait until that color comes out of my hair and I have to go and buy auburn because yall color wasn't auburn like it said it was. And I would either like a refund or for yall to get my hair fixed. And also outside it kind of looks a redish orange. And my friend is a cosmetologist she knows what she is doing.
