I purchased a cooling & heating unit in March 2021 for which I'm currently making payments. The heating unit started leaking fluid in April 2021. Four different technicians attempted to fix unit within a nineteen-month period without success. The leak caused corrosion damage to the filter housing as well as the stand the unit was placed on. Heating unit was finally fixed on October 24, 2022. On May 7th, 2023 the a/c unit stopped working, three weeks after it was serviced (scheduled maintenance). A technician was sent and charged $99.00 for service call which was later waived. However, I was charged $130.50 to replace the condenser motor.
Desired outcome: I'd would like the yearly maintenance fee to be waived.
