Community Financial Services Center review: Payment not received

On August 23, 2022 around noon, I visited the CFSC location on Rockaway Blvd and 127th St to collect an EBT payment of $91.50. I was told the charge was declined. I assumed it was EBTs mistake and waited two weeks. When I didn’t receive my money on Sept.9th, I called the EBT and was told the money was removed at Community Financial Services Center on Rockaway Blvd on August 23 . I called CFSC and explained the situation and was told to come in. I came in on Sept. 10th and the 13th with no resolution.
