I applied for CSCS card with Construction Support Line and paid for it to be issued but after taking my payment this company disappeared from the radar and now they are not answering to my emails.

I only use construction support line for cards and courses. They are brilliant. I put all my candidates through them, very helpful and always happy to answer my silly questions. Don't know who wrote this review but they've never done wrong by me. Maybe you're emailing the wrong email address
I am very concerned as my husband started applied for his NVQ in Advanced Craft last July 2014...he has had 4 assessors in that time- paid of £1600 and still not got his CSCS card. (October 2015) I have complained and they said they will get this completed as soon as possible! Still waiting! Next step will be Trading Standards . This is the kind of company you read about on Watchdog!
I am dealing with construction support...gave me false information and now ignore my emails for a refund. .
Terrible Service ... Perfect until they get money from you, later you can do whatever you want and they will be ignoring you.. No money no Nvq... No contact...
