I placed an order on 12/13/10 and fully expected to receive it by Christmas. A few days before I contacted them and they told me it was sitting in their shipping department with no explanation or remedy. They said they could not cancel, change or discount the order, my only recourse would be to refuse the package when it arrived and I should expect it by the 28th of December. Today, 1/7/11 it still has not even shipped. There is no communication from the company at all and I'm not sure if they are cancelling the order now or still planning to ship? Don't want to order elsewhere until I know. Customer Service is TERRIBLE - they could not care less and I would like BUYERS to BEWARE!

I was also ripped off. I returned the items, unworn with the proper form filled out. Never got my refund. I emailed 3 times asking about the status. No response. So, they not only got me for the 2 items, but their over-inflated shipping charge and another $5.00 to ship the merchandise back. Total Scam!
Wish I see this earlier, totally agree. They are the worst. size are way off, slow shipping, no response of the emails, and wrong processing. Very bad experience and the worst, I need to find shoes for my daughter's recital in 2 days now!
