Very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone to accept a job offer from this company. You have been warned! I have not worked for the company for several months now, but I do keep in contact with my former coworkers and it's still really bad.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Everyone is overworked and the owners do not care. Monica, the owner, is careless and very controlling. She wants more than what it is expected from others. Do not be fooled by her "kindness." She is the reason why many leave.Every time an employee leaves or is fired, it's always the employee's fault according to the company. The owners need to take responsbility and stop blaming others for their(the owners especially Monica) lack of professionalism and management skills.
This is ridiculous... who ever is writing these comments seriously needs to get a life! You were obviously fired and have been frustrated ever since...I worked for GM Underwriters for almost 3 years, left about one year ago and have absolutely NOTHING bad to say about them...If you don't like the environment you are in all you have to do is LEAVE, simple as that. I can tell you first hand I saw several people either leave or get fired and its due to the lack of work and with several warnings before the final decision was made to let them go. In conclusion, don't be such a hater! Get a job, and get over it.
I love Insurance, you still get payment from the company for some services you provided. You are being biased. Also, you are not physically in the office and you have no idea what really goes on.
The company is unprofessional. I have left a good company for this company that worries what name brand purse you have and asked me to dress sexier. I am individual who dresses professional, not inappropriate. I do say that with any company, you should research them before accepting an offer. I failed to research, but I am glad that I did quit and told what exactly what changes needed to be made if they wanted to have long term employees.
