I hope this message goes through. I agree but I need more specific info so I can give strong complaint. He used name of Rush and Humblies to try to give information he has lots of attorneys in his firm. Problem is Mr. Rush denies he is or ever was in business with hi. He now uses LLC but not registered. He uses blog to advertise as ticket fixer in NY.

Completely agree with above complaint. This man is a pure scam artist, solely focused on making money. He is downright dangerous to his clients. The only way he is still in business is because his mother is a realtor and feeds him clients. They victimize their clients together. Aweful experience with Peter Humblias.

Sorry to say lawyers and/or judges so not do anything about dishonest lawyers or judges. You are wasting your time to go to complaint committees

He is without question one of the most dishonest, corrupt, and scam attorneys in the state of NJ.

He is known to bill for work never done and meetings/discussions that never took place.

Several clients are already filing Bar complaints.

If this attorney or his family has victimized you, you do have recourse. File a bar complaint it costs nothing and there is a remote chance you will get satisfaction. At a minimum you may help get this guy disbarred and prevent him from putting the screws to other honest people.

Peter Humblias will try pass themselves off as honest, hard working Christians in order to gain their victim's trust.

I agree that Peter is the worst lawyer I have ever come across. We had a horrible experience with him as well. He's rather stupid, but arrogant. Unresponsive, yet demanding.

I was curious why so many of us had negative reviews, yet there were a few glowing reviews. Indeed, his mother did post of here...which frankly, is sad. Also, anyone else with a positive review seems to have only posted one comment on this message board. It seems to me that someone with a very negative experience is a lot more likely to post about one person than someone with a positive experience. I'm suspicious that it might just be his mom, friends, or himself making up fake aliases.

Peter no doubt is a crook... he said he would charge us $1, 000 and ended up billing us over $3, 000 for overtime and all sorts of crap. He's rude, doesn't explain anything and is totally arrogant. His office is a joke and made up stand in the kitchen to sign documents... do yourself a favor and RUN!

Peter is the biggest lowlife I have ever met. He robbed over 100, 000 from me. He kept asking for money and never did a thing. Even the attorney working for him at the time shook his head when I disclosed to him how much I was being charged. He would lead me on but delivered nothing. All his fat ### ever did for me was take my money. I can not believe this poor useless piece of garbage theif is still even allowed to practice law. He is proof that the system fails us all. I do have faith that one day his world will one crashing down on him. Karma is a motherf@!ker !
