The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I am glad you finally booked him, this is so shocking to see an employee taking advantage of the richness of the company brand as he was terminated for his actions against company policies and cheating. We should ensure such employees booked under strong sections and such incident doesnt repeat in the future.

The employee contract law in US can ensure such activities by any ex employee against the company or such post will be jailed for 7 years .
