i ordered my wedding dress from www.lovingdress.com. to be honest, at the beginning i am worried . but the fact told me . they can be trusted. the quality is good. the price is very good. the service is very good! so thank you www. lovingdress.com . i will be sure order your dresses again and recommend you to all my friends .thank you!

When I received thedress from lovingdress.com I realized the quality of the product as soon as I picked it up out of the box. The beautiful gown was made of great fabric and had great detail! I wore this gown to an Inaugural ball where I had 5+ people approach me out of the blue to comment on the beauty of this dress. I will definitely purchase from this website again...and actually purchased another dress for my Master's graduation! i recommend lovingdress.com to my friends!

This isn't a review, but a question. I'm considering getting my wedding dress from them. Would u say their work quality is good to trust them with such an important dress?

they can be trusted . i ordered the wedding dress from them . it is quality. i paid them via paypal.i advise you order the dress few months before your wedding time.it can be trusted .

This company can't be trusted. They won't give us a refund for a poorly made dress. I've looked at other review sites and have found that the ones where the buyer can speak proper English, they all felt ripped off. The ones with positive reviews are fake.
I wish I'd never ordered from them.

I ordered my prom dress from lovingdresses.com a week ago and I tried calling them. I can't seem to contact them and I'm worried. Should I not be worried? The expected arrival date of the dress is 31 March 2014, latest. I need it latest by that date for prom. I'm getting quite worried. Someone please reply to help me

I ordered my daughter's prom dress from here over a month ago. It was supposed to be delivered by the 5th of march. No, we haven't received the dress yet. I have called them and the number did not work. So, I went to the site and did a live chat. I was told that they could not respond to my question due to the dressmakers haven't been at work and when they come back to work they will notify me with a respond through email. I did get a payment confirmation on the day I ordered. However, I also got a response back saying that the dress will be sent out on March 12th. It was my first time ever dealing with the site. The last thing I said to the lady after chatting was "I don't feel good about this whole situation but, I will be patient and give them the chance to prove these feelings I have to be wrong. So, patiently waiting. I will update the site when I receive info or dress.Prom is in 3 weeks

I have not been given any response back by email from the webiste. The dress was to be in our hands by March 28th and we haven't rec. any shipping info yet. I tried calling and got a generic answering machine. I would NOT advise anyone to use this company! I am out $188. for no looking for this complaint site before ordering!

I would never order from this company again ! This website is a scam they use cheap fabric and jewels on their dresses. The dress i received was ugly and cheap looking, nothing like the picture. I had to end up buying another dress from a store. I am really upset that i had to waste $234 . Plus they tried to go back in my account and take extra money out. This company is very shady do NOT trust them at all.

04.15.2014 // When I received the dress I was disappointed because it's totally not the dress from the picture. It looked elegant in the picture, and we received a dress that wasn't even near it. The size is two sizes larger than what I ordered. The dress is too expensive for the cheap material that they used. I bought two dresses from here, one came longer than what it should've been, and this dress (which is very important) arrived looking really cheap, and not up to pare.To me it's two different dresses.Horrible customer service.

I ordered my prom dress over a month ago, my dress was supposed to be here the 17th, on that day at 4am we received an email containing pictures of my finish dress, a dress that looked nothing like the picture and was poorly made, and was told to respond to the email before they sent it out. Prom is in 4 days and my prom dress that I have spent )300 dollars on has not even been shipped yet and cannot be refunded. This website is completely untrustworthy and I will not be surprised if the dress never evn shows up.

I ordered a prom dress from Lovingdresses.com for my daughter. The dress was very poor quality fabric. The netting on the outside was not even hemmed giving it a cheap appearance. The rhinestones looked cheap and some of them are hanging off the dress. I had to pay an extra $30.00 for a brokerage fee and the website didn't indicate that they were in China. The value of the dress on the brokerage slip was listed at $39.99, and that is exactly about how much this dress is really worth, not the $129.00 that it is being sold for. I paid $170.00 with all the extra fees and I still have to take it to the tailor to have it shortened. So disappointed! I would send it back but they refuse to accept returns.

I disagree - these are the two dresses I ordered. They were good quality (for the price) and fit well (though I never wear heels and the length assumed that I would be wearing heels). HOWEVER - it did take much longer to arrive than they said it would AND there was the huge brokerage/customs fee.

I don't consider this business a scam, but I would also take into consideration the extra fees and delivery time if I were to order from them again.

I had some pictures included, but I don't know if they showed up.

I tried to place a rush order for a wedding dress on their website and at checkout it didn't ask for my credit card info, but yet I got a confirm that my order went through. I had some other questions and when I saw that there was no customer service phone # to call, that made me leery. I submitted my questions on their "live chat" and didn't get a live person. Within 24 hours I got an email from a hotmail email account and a text from a # I couldn't call back. The messages that I received were very unprofessional broken English. I asked if someone would call me directly and they did not, probably because they can't speak English. www.scamadvisers.com rated them high risk, China based company. After reading so many bad reviews, I don't trust them. I'm thankful that I found another dress here locally...in the US!
