I was informed that repairs on my 6 months old laptop would take 4 weeks. After 4 weeks they informed me that they were having difficulty procuring parts for the laptop. Had I been told this before handing in my laptop to be repaired I would not have handed it in. They've informed me that it will take at least 5 weeks for me to receive my laptop. It should not be my responsibility as the consumer to work around their faulty supply chain.
I am a student and completely dependant on my laptop and this whole situation has had a negative effect on my grades.
Desired outcome: I would like a new laptop or to receive my laptop in fully working condition.
