Concentra Milwaukee Airport Facility review: Dot physical at Milwaukee Airport facility

Took dot physical 11 21 22 put on hold because I didn't put down all my meds but I only take some as needed also brought in 90 days of cpap the dr wanted a year so I got all the stuff that they wanted and that was still not enough 2 months went by Took another exam and passed again 1 25 23 but she still won't pass me til my Dr signs off on it and my Dr feels like it's not his job to pass me and it's her job so I haven't been cleared because he won't sign off on it and she is delving deep into my personal medical records
