Confero Collections Ltd review: they called to my senior mum and upset her with the threats

The company Confero Collections Ltd is really terrible place and they don’t respect senior people. They called to my mum and said to her that she has only 5 days to pay for the council tax. My mum was upset of course and called me. I found the details of the company and when I spoke with the manager, I said that they should call me first and only after that upset my mum. The manager was ashamed and I really hope that they will stop to call senior people.
