I am a 64 year old mother of a incararated son, ever since GTL has taken over phone services from Securus I have been hung up one at least once per call saying that no third party calls allow. I know that I have never, nor know how to do a third party call. I am tired and frustrated when this happens. I have my son call me at least once a day so that I know he is okay.
As a mother and not knowing what to do, I am reaching out for help.
Not only is my son serving time for what he committed, but his father and I are paying the consequences for his actions. The most I am asking for is a converstation with him on a daily basis uninterrupted.
I do not know if this complaint will make it worse for him or not, but something needs to be done...Once, again, I am tired!

Desired outcome: Help in conversating with my son!
