On December 15 Convergia company from Canada purchased 22 gift baskets from a United States online shop. All the gift baskets where processed and shipped via UPS. We proved Free shipping on all items. All items where processed and shipped. Proof of delivery from UPS was confirmed as all items paid for where delivered received.
In February Convergia filed charge backs claiming items where not received. We disputed this is what merchants refer to as fraud charge backs. And Convergia received money's back. For items they had received
Desired outcome: Convergia Canada to issue refund to our company for the money's they received for the fraudulent charge backs.
