CoolHandle Professional Web Hosting review: illegal billing on credit card 12

Good day.

Coolhandle Professinal Web Hosting illegally sent a notice to me and billed my credit card close to $15 for a non-existing web hosting. A year ago i have cancelled my hosting request/contract from this company and this year they sent a billing notice and illegally billed my credit card despite my repeated requests and protestations that i have already terminated our contract with them.

And today they refuse to send refund notice or even communicate the way they use to entice individuals to use their service. I need help.

We do not do any "illegal" billing. You may not have submitted a proper cancellation request. Please contact our customer service so that we can review the issue. We also have a refund policy. So if you wanted a refund, you may qualify for one.

I have different type of problem with them I cancel my account about month ago trying to get my money back from them it like pulling teeth talk to customer service file ticket and there took 2yr worth money off my credit card and never use the product what is this about qualify for a refund ? help

I UNDER STAND YOUR ISSUE TO I Sighned up a bout a month ago under the argeement of 10.95 a month when I looked at credit card bill within a hour they took the whole of 262.80 at once where in the agreement does it say this. It dont. Trying to cancel this and been over a month and still no money getting ready to call Better Buissness Buruea anddy thoughts.

I have put in a request to cancel my account since 16th of May and they still have not replied to my request. Coolhandle have sent me another Invoice #[protected]
Amount Due: $262.80

I also have been trying to get my refund from day one June 6th . I have received the emails and I have a cancellation notice but nothing more is happening.

WHAT DO I DO I need my money back . Just like everyone else.

I cancelled my service with Cool Handel on April 25, 2012. I received the "your request has been received" email and done the whole process and I'm still waiting for my refund of $179. Adam was one of the representatives that responded to a couple of my many tickets in and he wasn't any help. Max was another and the only response I got was that same auto response and nothing else. Then I got an email sometime mid August saying that by submitting multiple tickets doesn't speed up their process. As of today Sept. 16, 2012 I still haven't received my refund or any information regarding my cancellation request. However, they did manage to send me an email to update my billing information. Yeah...right! I would never recommend Cool Handle to anyone and if you have it say goodbye to your money because they don't believe in giving it back. Then they have the never to say in the auto response that all tickets will be handled in a timely manner. I have never waited 5 months to get a service cancelled or to get a refund, especially when I cancelled within 30 days as per their terms agreement. As a matter of fact I only had the service a week before I realized how ### they treat customers. Now let's see if I get any response to this other that submit a support ticket. I already have like 10 of them or more...don't think 1 more will make a difference.

I have been trying to get my money back since the second I pushed the button and realized they took the whole amount instead of the set amount per month. Can;t seem to get anyone on the phone who knows anything and this mysterious Adam R doesn't have the courage to talk to me or email me anything. I have sent over 271 emails trying to get my money back and even my bank says I should hire a lawyer.. Seriously debating this option and suing them for my money, heartache and stress and attorney fees.. The whole company is a scam.. I would never recommend Cool Handle.. not even to my worst enemy

I have a fraud case against a person using the name Christine Colgin. It started eithh a craigslist ad. Person wanted to send a few thousand dollars, pay 130.00 for item and givethe rest to a courier.This person is from west Virginia and used a bogus check from acompany Iin Kentucky. Authorities are all over this one. Dont give up with your complaints. Notice the name on the first comment.

We recently had our entire Coolhandle account terminated because our company credit card was stolen and the cc company mistakenly filed a dispute over one of Coolhandle's charges. We got no notice, they just shut all of our hosting and domain names down. They will not return phone calls or emails and they have locked us out of everything. We have about 20 websites that were hosted with them and have been for three years and they decided to just terminate our account because our credit card company mistakenly disputed a charge after our credit card number was stolen and used illegally. They refuse to talk to our credit card company and have even hung up on them and us multiple times when we tried to resolve this and reverse the dispute. We have some very upset customers now that do not have a website or able to use the domain that they choose. This is not a good situation for us or our customers and we will be seeking a remedy for this. DO NOT USE COOLHANDLE, they have completely destroyed our website side of our business. Don't let it happen to you. We are basically dead in the water until we can get this legally resolved.

Coolhandle hosting illegally accessed my credit card, billing me for $262.80. I initially tried to use CH as part of a package deal, but my bank blocked them as the bank detected possible fraudulent dealings regarding this scumpany. So I went with GoDaddy for hosting. 53 days later---Yes! 53 days later CH fraudulently accesses my cc and hits me for hosting I don't need. This company erased records of the cc transaction attempts, but thank goodness, I copied the records, and, of course, my bank has them too. I even spoke with the mysterious Jack Cool I think (because he wouldn't admit to it), and this guy lied to me about my account records. He wouldn't listen to me. He just denied doing any wrong at all. These people are shameless thieves.
