I have been trying for 10 days to get a refund from this place and when you call that one 800 number all you get told is its being escalated to our billing department and you have to wait for an email saying your money will be refunded I have not gotten no email of any kind stating my money will be refunded. I gotta mislead and got taken for $373 and they are jerks whenever you call they're very rude and tell you to put a support ticket in I have done that I will bet over 10 times in 10 days below is a screenshot of the charges they've got no problem taking your money but when you want a refund I don't know what you have to do to get it back but I will guarantee if I have to I will hire a lawyer and get this money back. I was referred here by another company after watching a video and below that video it said click here for your free gift it took me to their website and now they are telling me they are not affiliated with E Mobile code well if they are not affiliated why did E Mobile code send me there?
Coolhandle.com is a website developer and hosting company. My complaint is directly associated with the refund policy as tied to the customer service of this organization. I requested a refund on monies paid to coolhandle for their part of a program associated with internet marketing. The internet marketer apparently uses coolhandle to develop websites and to perform web hosting services for the domains they place and the websites they create. I was dissatisfied with the internet marketing company's processes and in accordance with the refund policy requested a full refund which included the webhosting, . I made the request to coolhandle and received their approval for the refund. I was told the refund would take approximately 5 to 7 days to process. I then waited. When the time past and I did not receive the refund I called coolhandle to investigate the status. The informed me that the refund was made using the same manner as I used to pay them. This was a debit card. After waiting a bit longer I inquired of my bank to investigate the status. I was informed by my bank they had no record of such a transaction by coolhandle. I called coolhandle again. They said I needed to establish a "ticket" for then to investigate. I did submit a ticket. I received an email from the coolhandle support people which simply informed me that they processed a refund. The communication process was email only. There was no way of speaking to the people responsible for refunding money. There was no way to speak to management or supervision. The customer service people took no accountability for anything, they simply explained that the refund department was responsible, etc. Following this I found an email in my customer file indicating that a refund transaction was returned to coolhandle by the bank. When I pointed this out all I got was the direction to complete another service ticket. This continues to go in circles with no resolve. Service at this level cannot be tolerated by consumers. Why anyone would do business with a firm without accountability of any kind is beyond me.
I thought this web too get your on the right track too work from home that what though it was supposed to do for you sat up for to work at home it was a lie l would like my refund back on my bank account please thank you very.
