On October 23, 2022, I signed a contract with Core Energy Group to install an 8KW solar panels system on my house at 1334 S 2770 E in Spanish Fork, Utah. Since the installation of the panels has been 4 months and this company did not call or answered e-mails or other communication, 15 days ago one electrician from Solgen Constructions appeared in my house and told me that he would finish the installation for the final inspection but the City of Spanish Fork did not approve the final installation so after 15 days and no answer on any phone I realize that this is a scam, so I will stop the auto payments from my account and need to see if other people have been scammed and together file a suit to get rid of this contracts and scams.
I had core energy here in Florida install solar panels in July. I was told that they had installed my neighbors solar panels. Lie #1 they sales person miss represented the company as Coronado solar not core. He said they were local but in fact they are located in Miami. I was not to get a bill from the solar co. for 3 months but have been billed by both the solar co. and Duke Energy.
I am very dissatified with the results. I am retired and live on a fixed income. I can not afford two light bills.
There are many of us who have the same problem also, doing research Solgen,Core Energy is now under a different company. Complete Solaris in California you can look up on Google. The company who sold you the panels is working under them. Even though Mr. Tyson Farmer, has been sued too many to count by various Business all over the USA. I didn't make payment because they didn't hook it up to the electricity and all their lies about federal splar savings the amount the sales guy said, isn't true, He told so many things to us we believed him of course none of it can be verified because its not in writing. Also after reading the contract thru my email I learned if you don't !make payments our read they have put a lien on my house to get payments out of you. We've tried to find a attorney who can advise us. We're just frustrated with the whole mess. Good luck.
