I am posting this in the hope that it will help someone not fall into the same trap as I did. I had accrued business debt at a time that reimbursement for my business took a significant cut. I was desperate and ended up signing up with Corporate Turnaround. If you stick with them, and are able to survive the duration of the process, they may be helpful. However, I subsequently had to file a Chapter 11 to restructure my business. Corporate Turnaround took $120, 000 out of my account over a 10 month period. They did return $32000 at one point when I needed to make payroll which was helpful. There was very little paid out to the creditors over that period. I do blame myself for being duped; however, when you are in the process of possibly losing your business, it is very easy to fall prey to companies such as this. They tell you that they only make 35% of what they save you. What is not clear is that they take that 35% out immediately rather than over the length of time the payment are being made to your vendors. Of the $88000 they took from me, they claim to have nothing left. I could have kept my vendors at bay myself with $88000, or have filed the Chapter 11 sooner, and had the money to help my business restructure. Once you have made a deal with this devil, you are stuck with it. Think long, and hard before you do it.

I signed up with Corporate Turnaround, How do you get out from under contract with them? I'm considering doing a Chapter 11 for my business. Any Info on how to get out of the contract would be appreciated.
