Complaint against Corporation Bank, KP Block, Pitampura Branch, Delhi - 110088
I am a senior citizen and after reading an advertisement in today's newspaper - Business Line - that Corporation Bank is accepting fixed deposits from senior citizens @ 9.75% for 5 years or more, I went to Corporation Bank, KP Block, Pitampura Branch, Delhi 88, and filled up an application form for a FD for Rs.40000/- for five years.But the Manager of this branch refused to accept this form and asked me that as I do not have any savings account with the branch, he will not accept this application for FD. I showed my Passport in original and Pan card in original but he refused to talk to me and asked me to go out of the bank. This is the treatment of a Branch Bank Manager of Corporation Bank to a senior citizen who has gone to his branch to make a fixed deposit after seeing their advertisement in today's newspaper - Business Line, inviting fixed deposits from senior citizens. The advertisement does not say that a person who does not have a savings account with the branch, will not be able to open a fixed deposit account with the bank.

I AM MOHAN RAJ KHATRI, I HAD USE YOUR ATM MACHINE WHICH IS LOCATED AT BER SARAI ON 1 DECEMBER 2008 AT (11:55:40)hr., FROM AN ATM CARD OF UNION BANK, I HAD USED THE ATM TO WITHDRAW THE MONEY( RS.15000/=) BUT I DIDN'T GET THE AMOUNT AND THE MONEY HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT.
SO KINDLY REFUND ME THE SAME AMOUNT AS EARLIER AS POSSIBLE .

I have S.B.Account No 8772 with Corporation Bank, Sec-16 Noida branch. On 12th May 2009 I used the ATM card of this account at ICICI Bank's ATM at Sec-16 Noida . I opted for withdrawal of Rs1500/-. For some time there was display " The process is going on". After that there was a message that the time of the process is over, And no money was received. I tried once again and tried to know my balance and it was a shock for me that the said sum of Rs1500/- has been debited to my account while i had not received any money.
SO KINDLY REFUND ME THE SAME AMOUNT AS EARLIER AS POSSIBLE .

i am ankitha d d. my corporation bank account no is 13444, shanivarasanthe branch.they are telling the money 5000=00 is withdrawn on 25-03-10.by atm in bangalore. this money was not withdraw but 5000=00rs deducted from my account.till now i am not get this money.SO KINDLY REFUND ME THE SAME AMOUNT AS EARLIER AS POSSIBLE ... thanks...

I was issued a cheque book bearing nos. 553161 to553180 by the Kabeer Nagar branch, Delhi 110032 of your bank. The detail of the cheque book was not uploaded by the bank in their system as a result my college fee cheque no. 553163 dated 18/08/2011 valued Rs 98600 /- was not processed. There was no fault of me. The college demanded a bank draft of the said amount with a penalty of Rs. 1000/- . The bank draft was also made from my mothers SB Account 503646 in same branch on dated 09/09/2011. Thus I incurred and additional amount of Rs. 1000/- (penalty of college charged) + Rs. 250/- (the bank draft making fee on Rs. 99600/-). I request that this extra penalty please be re-imbursed to me at the earliest.
