I engaged Corrina Canonico Photography about a year ago for a photo session to include digit rights to the pictures. In addition to these promised services as outfight in our signed contract, I purchased additional physical prints. While I did receive some digital prints, I did not receive all the prints I was expecting. We communicated back and forth on resolving this issue, and I was told it would be fixed. This did not ultimately happen. The ordered physical prints were sent to Corrina’s house, rather than my own. After numerous attempts to contact her, she has remained unresponsive.
Desired outcome: I’d like the remaining digital images and the physical prints ordered.

In regards to your statement, all of my client's photos are always delivered to me first. This allows me to check all orders to ensure my clients are receiving the best quality product. As soon as I received your photos I did reach out to you to let you know they were ready. I have had a difficult time reaching you with long periods of no response. You are always welcome to call me so we can resolve this issue ASAP. I do still have your photos ready to be delivered.
