Cosypairs review: Refusal to return or exchange shoes

This company Cosypairs has essentially stolen my money. I ordered two pairs of shoes and one did not fit. I requested a return the same day that I received them exactly as stated on their website. First they asked me to keep the shoes and give them to someone else. Upon further emails they refuse to exchange or refund (even when I offered to pay full return shipping) and they offered first a 20% credit and finally a 30% credit and said "they were a new company and had to protect their losses" ? I have emailed over six times explaining that this is illegal. I have a pair of brand new shoes that do not fit, but are unworn and in the original packaging. I have offered to buy another pair and pay the difference and they still refuse. They have sent me a product I cannot use and have kept my money. This company must be reported and shut down. Cosypairs is a chinese scam.
