We have been using Coto cleaners for 8 months, they have destroyed my husbands collars, by using very strong chemicals. The chemicals ate through the fabric. Today I pick up my husbands pants. The chemicals ate through the seat of his pants. They tried to say I brought them that way. We live in a wealthy area, where the prices are very high. We have lost six items of clothes since using them.
I have called the newspapers and consumer affairs about the chemicals levels they are using. There seems that there is no regulator agency that checks up on the dry cleaners.
R U for real? You have no idea what you are saying. If you knew how Dry Cleaning worked, you would realize how ignorant your statements are. Your collars are worn out from your husbands beard. The seat is worn out from seating on his @ss and or from carrying his empty wallet in his rear pocket. You may live in a wealthy are but you need to move to one you can afford unless you were already forclosed on. COME ON PEOLPLE! Stop being such a typical idiotic consumer. Just because they service your clothes does not mean they owe you a new wardrobe when they wear out! Seriously.
