The Courier Guy was suppose to deliver my package on Friday (07/06/2024) and I had to change the address. The driver that had the package never booked it in at the HUB and took it with him when he did his other deliveries.
After a call and few chats later someone promised me that it will be delivered today (08/06/2024). It was never delivered. On the whatsapp chat it is saying that their operating hours on a Saturday is 08:00 - 17:00 but yet when you call it is 08:00 - 13:00. I called the kiosk after hours number in my area and the lady told me that they do not deliver on a Saturday.
So what am I suppose to think now. They make a promise and set it to Out for Delivery but yet the lady told me it is at the HUB. So obviously they are manipulating the tracking and the system to make you believe the package is coming and you wait whole day for nothing to come. The system still saying Out for Delivery but it is at the HUB.
Courier Guy are all liars and will do the minimum to help you. If you go in a chat or even get an email they will just follow a script or make empty promises.
Stay away from this company and God be with you if a retailer uses them to deliver your package.
Desired outcome: I would like the old Courier Guy back where all went smoothly and where I never had issues with them. The people that work customer service needs to be trained and actually care about the customers.
