On May 16 I placed an order for Pawbiotix in the amount of $414.61. When I received the product I realized that I would have trouble administering the product to my four dogs, as I am handicapped. I called customer service and explained my situation to the person. The person told me there would be no problem with me returning the product, that all I had to do was call with the tracking number. On May 25, 2024 I returned the Pawbiotix and called with tracking number as follows: [protected] 5992 42 ). The person I talked to said I would get my refund in a couple of days, here it is June 7,2024 and still no refund! I have called several times and each time I've been told I would get immediate action on the refund. I would appreciate immediate help with this matter. Thank you for your help.
