On Dec 30 th showed interest in product due to symptoms. Gave credit card information then presented with further discounts with a larger order. While reading through details realized integrity breach to begin with (untrue persuasive marketing) and decided to back out of the order that had not been confirmed in the first place. Hit the back arrow (and a warning was that order could be messed up if I went back) but I did and erased all credit card information and left the site. Within a short while received an email that order was being processed and credit card charged. Immediately sent email that I did not want order and refund payment. Checked for charge yesterday on credit card and there was none but today there is and email that says shipment delayed. Please process this request to stop shipment and refund payment. I am putting in a dispute with credit card company that charge was not confirmed. Please show integrity but correcting your processing procedures. Thank you. Steve merryman.
