I read the information provided for this product, and ordered on 5/7/2024. I have (wet) macular degeneration and am now blind in one of my eyes. I used the product for 2+ months and nothing changed, except my vision got worse. I wanted to return the product (ad implied there was a 180 day return). Now it says "no returns since this is a medical product". Not right! I want my money back, to the tune of $314.58. Can you help?

Glocotrust
I purchased Glocotrust on August 15th, 2023. Not even 1 hour later I started getting spammed by phone calls from over 10 phone numbers every few minutes and my email has become unbearable. It is know 1 day later and I have gotten over 65 phone calls I have been blocking and over 300 emails. I called Buygoods and voiced my anger to how this happened after I dealt with them and how I want to cancel my order with them because I now have no confidence in this company if they are willing to just willing to sell my information. Upon further review, I noticed that it is not something new for this company. They out me on hold 3 times and phone hangs up they sent the package even though I was cancelling beforehand. No response from them afterward.
Desired outcome: I want the package cancelled and they made it a point to ignore my requests and send it anyway. Not trustworthy or hassle-free as indicated.
