Failed to provide accurate information on when CPAP device replacement would be delivered for over 1 year to my elderly father. Current product recalled one year ago, awaiting replacement, only producing extremely hot air, hose it hot. gave Company repeated claims of product arrival which never would occur.
On 8/24/22, told by agent that father happened to be approved that morning for new device and email would arrive shortly with product arrival. Follow up call 8/29/22 with Jennifer, different agent, who reported that no devices available and no product coming. Unsafe situation created with poor product delivery and follow up.
Now product and company customer service has put this 86 year old man in precarious situation and limited health options.
Desired outcome: A new working CPAP machine with supportive customer service when needed.
