Every Month since I had my machine since June 2019 my husband pays for my cricut account to stay up even when my machine was no longer working properly and would not cut properly...I called cricut and their response was oh sorry to hear that we have a new cricut out now would you be interested in the new one? Dahhh! Did I ask for a new machine? Still no resolve nor assistance in replacing my machine...Now I find out that someone has their cricut machine with a serial# of S15011712331 is under my monthly account and using their machine a explore Air 2 which I don't own her let anyone use under my account because I let NO ONE...I repeat! NO ONE use my account nor let ANYONE hook their machine if I knew of them to do such a thing...Why are they under my account registered under my account I pay for every month faithfully? It is now Sept 5th, 2022 and this has been goin on since June 26th, 2019? Are they mad?
Desired outcome: Pressing charges for theft and they need to pay for all the time they've been under my account and my husband has been paying for them to use a machine I do not own!
