Crockett Regional Medical Center in Crockett Texas review: Lack or treatment to a patient

My grandfather went to Crockett medical center during the freeze. My grandfather was offered a room to stay till they could find him a place. On 02/17/2021. He rang the nurses' buzzer to get some assistant to use the restroom, this was 02/18/2021. He fell split his forehead open and broken his neck, he laid there in his blood on a cold floor till someone found him on 02/19/2021. He was brought to her, where they left him on a backboard with a c collar on and left his forehead unstitched for that whole time. They transported him to another hospital that stitched and glued it. I went to Crockett to ask what happened, they didn't know anything about it. I spoke with a person who got the CEO Tommy Johnson involved, they promised me an investigation and set up a meeting with me and my family. They cancelled the meeting, they told me I could get the medical record I still have yet to get them or have anyone reach out to me and give me any kind of answers. Tommy Johnson should be removed as CEO and they should stop hiding what really happened.
