Store manager Ryan Carins of Crocs at 3965 Eagan outlets in Minnesota has constantly sexually harassing teen associates here by following us to stockroom for shoes as we have to climb racks Ryan has touched a coworkers butt and held another's waist unwanted touching by Ryan Carins. He has also spoken purple to coworker John about "having sex with teen pussy" this was on 12-23-2024 and was reported to assistant manager Caitlin Sundown and DM Patty Monticello who both have done nothing! Multiple reports about pervert manager Ryan Carins taking pictures of teen girls and flirting and touching us have gone ignored as our safety concerns are laughed upon! Shame on your company and DM Patty for tolerating sexual harassment from Ryan Carins as an ongoing serious problem here! We are all teen female employees as Ryan only hires teen girls on purpose.
