Cronin Ford Inc. review: Ford truck F 550

I had my truck towed to Cronin Ford on 8/1/2022 for engine problems. I was told that the part in on back order so I have been waiting. Today (1/23/2023) I called Ford Motor Co. [protected] to express my disappointment that my truck has not been repaired. EV the Ford rep. told me the part was shipped out on 10/31/2022. Vin # 1FDUF5GGT3KDA00126 I was told the part was re-ordered today, I have been renting a truck while waiting on repairs. Also the diesel engine is under warranty.
