I just received a letter from a collection agency saying I owe this company $51.63. I do not owe this company any amout of money. I have not ordered any books from this bookclub for more than 2 years!

The same thing just happen to me only I never ordered books from them What did you do to clear up the situation? Any advice is helpful.
