Shipment from Crosslog from Paris and they use Ups for Canada.

Lost 2 days waiting for package because of very bad communication from text or e mail. Never accurate. Called 4 times always with différentes answers. Saying delivery next day so I leave, driver comes… leave note to pick up next, go to location, not there. Next day delivery schedule between 12;30 and 16:30. Arrived at 18:20 and box damaged…. Worst service ever! I ordered a lot online …. So called customer service for at the least reimburse shipping and brokerage fee … response. Deal with CROSSLOG! Everybody throws the ball at the other and I am in the middle frustrated like never before.
So I do need your help for this horrible Company and customer Service. Even Costco wants to eliminate them…
