Crowders LLC review: Purchased item that I returned

I purchased an autometer gauge from Crowders on July 27, 20202. The item was not as described, so I sent it back. The item was a C2 gauge, but it did not light up blue as advertised. I gave them the tracking number 1Z741YX10319305011. That item was delivered directly to an employee. Today is September 14, 2022 and I have still not gotten my refund. They will send you an email that Jimmy or John Will check the email during normal business hours and get back with you, customer satisfaction is always our goal. After reading some online reviews I realized they are actually scammers and I will probably never get an email or refund from them!
