Crown International Steel Building review: We got wrong documents and the rep lied and disappeared

We have bought some engineering from Crown International Steel Building. When we got it, our manager said that it was wrong one and all the documents were connected with completely different building. We contacted the rep of this company and asked to change the documents and provide correct order. The rep said that he would solve this issue and disappeared. We again called to their office and another representative responded and said that he heard about our problem or the first time.
