cs.cleverbridge.com review: driver reviver product for laptop

I have already paid for this product but it keeps asking me to register which I have already done.When I try to re-register it keeps asking for payment again.I have had no correspondence from this company ie email to verify purchase.This makes me wonder if they have actually recieved my request, but the money has gone out of my account via paypal.
I would appreciate some sort of communication from this company as to what is going on, Or a total refund back into my paypal account.
