Why on earth would you think scalping river and creek beds to fix your railroad is acceptable? You knew it was wrong, were told to quit, and continued with no regard for the environment you are permanently destroying and altering.
I promise you this is not the last you will hear from me, I don't stand for this bold faced lying, and trickery.
I am currently starting an independent environmental impact research firm. And guess who my first choice is to investigate?
I wish you the best of luck, if you do the right thing. Otherwise, good riddance and may God have mercy on your poor little souls.

Recommendation: RUN!
