bought i pod to pc transfer which did not work. I have been e mailing them for 1 month and they just ignore. left completely high and dry as I have lost all i tunes. they obviously dont care about the customer just take your money.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Purchased the Cucusoft product from their email ad site: https://mail.google.com/mail/?hl=en&shva=1#search/cucusoft/130b340e8e59ef79. In their ad they state that the software will backup ALL files on the iPAD. Well it only backs up media files. I requested a refund and explained why the program was of no use to me. They told me that they do no refund since a trial version was available on their site. I then told them that I did not go to their site, but purchased it directly from the advertisement page that they sent to me through my email. No mention of a trial version on that page. Still no answer or refund from the company. This company is NOT customer friendly.
I read reviews which seemed very positive and instead of buying a trial version (which I assumed might be incomplete) I bought the paid for version. I cannot get it working a repeated e-mails to their support address are unanswered. Do not buy this product! Bruce
