Ordered two cushion covers for $800, and they literally disintegrated the first time we washed them. (No laundry instruction tag anywhere--you have to dig around on the website--a lot--to find care instructions, and when you find them you realize that these items are much much more delicate than any other linen items you've ever washed before in your life, mainly because there's no selvage.) When I complained to the company, they “repaired” the covers by cutting off the damaged sections and using what was left to sew much smaller covers. (So much for that custom fit we paid $800 for!) Worse, the company is so accustomed to complaints that they’re permanently in a defensive crouch. They have a rigid protocol for denying customers' claims and will pro-actively find a way to blame you before you even tell them the problem. What a clown show.
Recommendation: Go to another vendor!
