CyberPower Inc review: Computer

I bought several computers from them in the past but that's it for me I will not buy another one. They lost a $10,000 sale I decided no more online buying I am buying local. 10,000 is nothing for them that's like a quarter in their pockets so they won't miss nothing. I actually don't think they really care. Been trying to get my profile off of their site which is almost impossible. I did send an e-mail to have it removed but that they don't understand. All they sent back issue orders been cancelled. All I want is my information off their site. They cancelled my order but they don't know why they cancelled my order. They told me I will have to go in and I'll do the whole thing over again and try it that way MAYBE it will take. I offered to pay for it over the phone and they said no. I kept asking him why did you cancel it, what is it that you had to cancelled it for. Every time my answer was I don't know. So Needless to say they had my personal information and they will not take it off their site. Buy local. BYBY
