After using Cybersmart for over one year now, we have had numerous problems relating to internet disconnections, the concern we have too express is, even though the ADSL lines are through Telkom ' Which there is no point in going into' we have had 99% the same answer over and over again. Everytime we phone in with this particular issue, we get 'there is someyhing wrong with Telkom Exchange and we would need to logg a call' This problem however get fixed within an hour or so but we have never seen a Telkom technician to sort out our line. How is this done? In fact- after 2month of using this service, we doubled up, and are using iBurst at the same time. when and where will this end.
