Czech Airline review: I need to cancel my flight....

Dear Sir,

I need to cancel my flight... I want to cancel my flight because the Czech airline rescheduled my flight and the new schedule does not suit me. I called the Czech airline and they told me that they cannot give the refund because the payment for the tickets was made through the travel agency "Travelgenio".

I had trouble finding a contact person to call your landline numbers, they are busy and others no longer work. I just want to cancel my flight and take the full refund.
