I bought 2 285/75r16 tires from the company and was charged through PayPal and never received.. I went to usps and was notified the tracking number I received was fraudulent. The contact number is not active and is apparently a scam. I'm trying to recover my money through PayPal now.. The transaction was on 1/23/23 I was sent an invoice number also an item number that payment was pending from Lakshya Trading Co. LTD once payment was received is when I was given the fraudulent tracking number and Nothing ever arrived. At this time I'm currently seeing from reports it's a scam company and PayPal hasn't really helped anyone else's claims
Desired outcome: I would like my money refunded and this fraudulent company be pulled from doing this to people. It's a crime to steal money from anyone
Same here, I`ve purchased 2 truck tires and 7 days later shows as delivered at the mailbox on my house, really? 2 enormous tires on my mailbox? Went to the post office with the tracking # and they said "No honey, no tires here.. you`ve been Scammed".
Luckily I used Pay-Pal, specially because the price was already suspicious, but with all the review that I seeing looks like Pay-Pal believes on them and we "may not" get our money back.
Pay-Pal send me a email saying that they responded with the Tracking Number and was delivered... can someone explain how they are getting away with this? Unbelievable !
