DBA Keely McKee Enterprises review: Dutch shepherd puppy

I purchased a Dutch Shepherd from Keely in April 2022 and was told that he is registered. Once he arrived after transport he was scared of his own shadow. I deeply expressed I was looking for a dog to compete with. This dog came to me not looking like a good prospect. He more like a dog they threw in the back kennel and never touched. He was also very underweight. I put in a lot of time and money to get this dog to where I wanted him both health and training wise. We were prepping for our first trial and I realized I had never received his registration papers. Keely told me he was registered so that is why I purchased him. If he was not registered I would have never got him. I know registration is not everything however for me to be able to compete with him, he needs to be registered. So I reached out to Keely to get the registration info, got the run around and now she is completely ignoring me. I paid an extremely high amount for this dog because I was told he is registered. Registration has its worth and I paid for that and now I am not receiving it.
