last year or daughter was taken wrongfully by dcfs my girlfriend was struggling with a pain killer addiction so she asked her grandmother for help she got her self clean and after 60 days we went and picked up her little girl only to have her g ma swear we were using drugs she called dcfs in missouri and they investigated it was unfounded we moved back to ill and one night we let her stay at her grand mothers well her gma reffused to give her back and and we called the police the police instead of giving us back our child called dcfs well dcfs took my girlfriend down for drug test she was clean and a year later she takes random drugtest still to this day and has never failed one we have a great home but it missing or kid dcfs has been told numurouse lies not only that but have completely lied themshelfs on stand they say in order for her to have her kid I have to be gone probem is I have never been under investigation I raised 2 boys 1 is 21 1 is 18 they are great kids I have a past yes but not one violent crime or child negletete nothing yet they continue to use me as there reason know she is 6 months pregnite with what will be our first child together and they say they are gonna take him as well if we are together her grandmother has made e out as some monster I have had a job my whole life and took great care of my children I was injured in a motorcycle crash a year ago badly and am so stressed out ofer all this its crazy how can one branch find in unfounded and then the next state over 2 months later take our kids her gma took this little girl who would meet me at the foot of the drive and turnned her against me I left my girlfriend because I dont want them to take our kid and they dont belive we split up they still didnt return her daughter... help
Desired outcome: would love to see her get the truth out there get her dauhter back home and us get back togetherr to raise a new baby because thats all thats keeping us apart
I remember Justin talking about your wreck and how bad it was but I don't know if he knew the DCFS situation. You're right how Quincy has had caseworkers lie on the stand under oath. After Justin was remanded in 2010, Ashley Alexander told the cops I was a huge part of what was going on before the raid. DCFS wouldn't back off for months then they Set stipulations that I was only given 30 days to accomplish or they removing my girls. I did my best and paid out of pocket for a Psych eval a week before court. I called the worker, Jerri, from the psychologist's office and she told me, "That's not going to do. You have to have a psychiatrist give the evaluation because they provide medication and psychologists do not. So they weren't going to be satisfied if I wasn't on a psychotropic. They already had my my girls a foster home and had them enrolled in Carthage school system. They never intended on treating me fair because I never held back my opinions and what they could do with their lies.
They were going to terminate their dad's rights and I was advised by the Addus Worker, Frannie, to leave my husband or lose my girls. I called Gypsy that day to let her know, I found a friend to stay with and my buddy Mike came to Hamilton and picked me up. That was that. I would go visit my husband when I wanted to at his mom's and then ended up pregnant with our 3rd daughter. They tried to say they were going to more than likely take her at the hospital because the girls were still in the system.
They didn't even show their faces at the hospital.. Our girls were given back after 18 months.
DCFS didn't really care if I did do anything to better myself for the girls. I was going to enlist with the Marine Corps a few months before they told me to leave my husband. The caseworker's response to that was that if I did enlist and left for basic, then I would have been considered "failing" the service plan by not being available for required visits and counseling appointments. They would have filed for termination of my parental rights do to abandonment.
I believe Romer was treated exactly like they are treating you two back when he was still seeing Stevie 2.
