On the 1stMay 2023 I placed an order for Furniture and selected that the Furniture be dispatched to my Residential Address. I also forwared them the mail with same. The next day the consultant responded and advised that my Order will be dispatched to Centurion that is 600km from where I'm based. I'm unhappy with service received even after several mails send to Deco Furn they are not willing to deliver as requested
Desired outcome: I would like Decofurn to dispatch to my residential address at no cost as this is not my fault or cancel the order and refund me in full.Proof of communication evident
