Good afternoon,
When i called to set the appointment to get some issues fixed under warranty they gave me a 1-2 day turn around. I dropped my car off Thursday 9/5 and at that time was told it should be ready 9/9 or 9/10. I got a call Monday 9/9 and was told that they didnt even have an ETA and they dont even have a diagnostic yet. I called tuesday 9/10 and left a message with my service person grant and never got a call back. Today is 9/12 and when I called today there are still NO updates. I am a single mom of 2 and am barrowing my dads truck which i have to give back to him today. I have asked several times for a loaner and they dont have any. So now i will not have any transportation for my children and I and there is absolutely no resolution on my car. I am very frustrated at this point and need to have something figured out. Please help!
